Do you own and control, or have a clear right to, the use of water sufficient to irrigate all the irrigable portion of said land and for keeping the same permanently irrigated? Answer. Yes Question 6. State the source and volume of the water supply, how acquired by you, and how maintained, and at what cost. (Record evidence of the claimant's right to the use of the water, or other satisfactory evidence, in accordance with local laws, must be furnished.) Answer. Colorado river through canals of Imperial Irrigation District, Appropriation 10000 sec. ft.; Acquired by me by virtue of the land being in said District, Assessments, $5.00 per $100 vol. Question 7. State from personal knowledge whether water from said source has been used in actually irrigating at least one-eighth of this land; also whether all the irrigable land in the entry can now be irrigated from main ditches constructed to or upon the land. State the number and dimensions of the main ditch or ditches, and also of all the ditches on each legal subdivision of the land which are or can be used in irrigating same; also the cost of the dams and ditches and the amount expended in the aggregate, in compliance with the legal requirements.
