The council is composed or the president or each wing and each temporary dorm. Each wing and dorm has a special banquet once a quarter where the fellows are treated to steak dinners.At Christmas, Ballif Hall held a decoration contest. Each lounge carried out the theme of Christmas Around the World" and depicted the way Christmas was celebrated in other lands.To supplement their social activities, the men have exchanges with both women s dorms and sororities.Governing both the men s and women's dorms is the Residence Hall administrative staff composed of the student advisers of all dorms.BALLIF D - Left to Right, First Row: Marshall Sheetz, Tom Sherman, Stan Elmer, Jerry Young, Robert Preston.
