TKe Leadership Laboratory, which is planned and implemented by the cadets themselves, provides the opportunity for command experience. Beginning in the freshman and sophomore years, the cadet learns discipline, drill, and military courtesy. As a junior and senior he serves as an organizational commander or staff officer responsible for planning and directing the activities of the Corps.
