Show IAwarding activity sweaters and medals to hard-working Utes was a real pleasure for AWARD COMMITTEE Chairman Ray Parkinson, but prior to the big day, he and his committee did a great deal of work deciding policies, computing total points and determining the award winners. They settled differences justly and made sure that each committee and activity received its fair award point allotment. Members of this hard-work'ng committee were Alberta Clayton, Elaine Johnson, Drew Spencer, Ray Parkinson, Marian Morten-sen, Charlene Crapo, Ireta Troth, Barbara Vass, Laurie Lyon, Richard Forbes, Anne Nate, Dayle Perkins, and Beverly Bacon.Awards CommitteeStudents rromAbroad"Asian Anna" or "Pakistan Paul" may look forward to an American brother or sister when they reach our campus, thanks to the STUDENTS FROM ABROAD COMMITTEE. The "at home" feeling is also accomplished through a Christmas party, spring picnic and educational field trips to interesting places throughout our community. Celebrating its first birthday this year, the committee is helping students realize our foreign students are true friends, not entertainers.
