Show Doing their best to make student-public relations effective were members of the CENTRAL PUBLICITY COMMITTEE headed by Alan Halverson, chairman. Their job was to let the public know what the University was doing and to help the student activities personnel make the most of their opportunities for good public relations. Nola Grant, George Pingree, Shirley Kemp, Alan Halverson, Blanche Carlston, John Hatch, Carol Robison, Allan Lepman, Sherilyn Cox, Archer Pugh, Rosee Smith and James Banasky are the public relations experts.StudentCommitteesIworLzed lond and hard ....The planning and presentation of outstanding ASSEMBLIES with exceptional talent and educational value was the pack of troubles facing this committee. Organized late fall quarter under Chairman Elaine Moesser, their big intention was to have one outstanding excused assembly per month to stimulate good student attendance. Problems were many but evidence of their hard work was displayed in superior productions. |
