Woodruff will go right on making the present one meet student needs. As Union Building Director, he's in charge of dances, banquets, concerts and art exhibits. He's also Executive Director of the Alumni Association.Board ox RegentsBusinessmen, civic leaders, church and state officials combine forces with University administrators to form the Board of Regents, highest governing body of the University of Utah. Appointed by the Governor of Utah for a term of four years, the members are William J. O'Connor, Chairman, Spencer S. Eccles, Clarence Bam-berger, Walter E. Cosgriff, Reed C. Culp, Richard L. Evans, Albert R. Bowen, Mrs. L. J. Gibson, Orris C. McShane, LeRoy H. Cox, and Fullmer H. Latter. Ex-officio members are President A. Ray Olpin, Alumni Association President Adam S. Bennion, and Secretary of State Lamont F. Toronto. Officers of the Board are Secretary and Controller Leon D. Garrett and Treasurer Charles L. Smith. Mary D. Brown serves as secretary of the group. |
