Show Brian Nimer could have played pro golf as a career, but wisely saw that he could still play golf for glory but avoid the travel, stress, iffy income and fame, and polyester pants, by becoming a physician. Accordingly, Brian won the sophomore-year golf tournament. Brian's basic philosophy is reflected in these Last Words he has for us: "I believe in having a good time. Remember not to lose your perspective. ABOVE ALL, have a good time." Unfortunately, it is too late for many of us, who cannot have a good time without feeling guilty, who cannot go skiing without bringing along Harrison's so we can feel guilty about not reading it. Brian has been a good and healthy influence on us. Brian was born and reared in Utah. He graduated from BYU in Zoology. In medical school, he published a paper with the Orthopods concerning high tibial osteotomies. "Only the future will tell" what Brian will specialize in. He hopes for Ortho, but will also accept Anesthesia. He would like to return to Utah to set up practice, ideally in a ski lodge-cum-Ortho clinic at the top of Snowbird. Brian enjoys snow and water skiing, golfing, his wife, Michele, and their "kiddies", Matthew, 3, and Natalie, 1.5. We all very much enjoyed having this unusually well-balanced guy in our class and wish, and expect, only the best for him.
