The building was made a part of the Woolworth building. the upper facade--hiding the narrow windows. About 1890 a two-story adobe barber shop was remodeled to house the H. E. Rawlings Saloon (#30). By 1901 it had become the Wilkins and Homer Saloon. It remained a saloon until 1910 when Provo went dry. Within a few years it was remodeled for the Spencer Cafe. |
