The lower front has been covered with metal panels. The ornamental name block remains at the top. In 1963 a one-story addition was added at the rear, the front reworked, the first story ceilings lowered. Only the first story is now occupied, the upper two being used for storage. S. H. Kress Co. built the building in 1937. |
