Show * "w' \ , m? • « # September 4, 1970 Memorandum To: Project Manager From: Chief, Contracts & Agreements Branch Subject: Contracts and Agreements Under the Central Utah Project, Utah On August 3 and 4, 1970, a review was made of the status of contracts and agreements that will be necessary in connection with construction of the Central Utah Project. This review was held in the Regional Office and involved Bureau and Solicitor representatives from the Washington, Regional, and Central Utah Projects Offices. The construction and preconstruction activities relative to various features of the Central Utah Project have progressed to the point where a number of key agreements are being prepared or are in need of preparation in the near future. Some of these items are precedent to construction of individual project features. Others are not considered essential to construction starts. Palmer DeLong led the discussions after Mr. Crandall's opening remarks, A general review of the Central Utah Project, including all of the various units, was presented first.
