That this agreement shall constitute full settle­ment and agreement of the issues brought before the Court by plaintiffs' Second Claim of their Complaint herein; that the parties hereto consent and agree to this Stipula­tion and Agreement being made the Order and Judgment of the Court herein; and that enforcement hereof may be sought in this Court, United States District Court for the District of Utah. You will readily note that the operative language above endeavors to follow, as closely as possible^ the language used in the interroga­tories and answers thereto. Naturally, I shall be happy to consider any changes you and Andy may have. Regarding the signatories to such a stipulation and agreement, I have no objection at all to respective counsel signing on behalf of the parties. Please review the above language and respond as soon as possible. I think we would all benefit from having the Second Claim disposed of by the time the preliminary injunction proceedings begin. I shall be out of town Monday (the 18th) and Wednesday the 20th through Saturday the 23rd. Therefore, I am having my assistant, Allen W. Stokes, Jr., Esq., sign my name to this letter. I can be reached by phone on Tuesday the 19th in my office, and Wednesday through Saturday, messages can be left for me at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska.
