Stamm, et al., Civil Action No. C-74-9, U.S. District Court, Utah; Central Utah Project Litigation. Dear Nelson: At the deposition of Lawrence Lynn, last Friday, I discussed with Andy Walch the status of plaintiffs1 Second Claim in the above litigation. Using the answers to plaintiffs' interrogatories filed by yourself on March 6, I suggested to Andy that unless I mininterpreted said answers they resolved the matters brought to issue in the Second Claim. I stated my belief that said Second Claim could readily be disposed of by stipulation and agreement. Andy suggested that I send to you language for a stipulation and agreement on Monday. This language follows: Parties plaintiff, by and through their attorneys, , and parties defendant, by and through their attorneys , for final resolution of plaintiffs"1 Second Claim herein stipulate and agree as follows: 1.
