Show SIERRA CLUB LEGAL DEFENSE FUND, INC. by Ansel Adams in This is the American Earth March 4, 1974 JAMES W. MOORMAN Executive Director BARRY A. FISHER JOHN D. HOFFMAN LAURENS H. SILVER Staff Attorneys, San Francisco H. ANTHONY RUCKEL Staff Attorney, Denver Mr, David Raskin 1865 Herbert Avenue Salt Lake City, UT 84108 Re5 Central Utah Project Litigation Dear Dave: The Sierra Club Foundation has set up an account to receive tax deductible contributions for the above-captioned matter. As you have probably guessed by our pace to date, we are proceeding rapidly; in fact, much more so than I had originally contemplated. The advantage of this is, hopefully, the opportunity to have trial on the merits sooner than otherwise thought. The disadvantage is, of course, the faster drain on our resources. Therefore, keep your good money raising efforts going. All checks collected should be made out to the Sierra £lub Foundation and then sent to me. These should be collected by you for transmittal to me so that you will have an accounting and I will be receiving everything from the principal volunteer leader. er Office HAR/sk cc: Curtis K.
