Show -2- The water will be conveyed from the point of diversion through a tunnel approximately 1/2 mile in length and will be dumped Into a tributary of Urie Creek and then will be conveyed down this tributary and stored In a reservoir which will inundate "part of the SEi Sec. 8, part of a*f*| Sec. 16, and part of the NE-J Sec. 17, T37S, R10W, SLB&M. The center of the impounding dam will be located North 500 feet and West 250 feet from the SE Cor. Sec. 81 T37S, R10W, SLB&M. The water will then be conveyed through 7 miles of 12" pipe line to Cedar City and used by the inhabitants for domestic and municipal purposes. The period of storage given under paragraph 4 of this application is from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive, since it is expected that part of the water obtained In the years of high rainfall will have to be carried over and used during the years of low rainfall. The water will be drawn from the reservoir and used as needed by Cedar City Corporation for the domestic needs of the city and the people who rely on the city for water. CEDAR CITY CORPORATION L.V.
