Show RESOLUTION by UPPER COLORADO RIVER COMMISSION WHEREAS, G. B. Keesee has served with distinction in various engineering capacities within the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Department of the Interior; and WHEREAS, G. B. Keesee has served since 1956 as one of the engineering advisers to the United States Commissioner for the Upper Colorado River Commission; and WHEREAS, G. B. Keesee has devoted his exceptional abilities and energy to the development and conservation of the water resources for the Navajo Indian Irrigation Project; and WHEREAS, G. B. Keesee, by his outstanding devotion to duty and understanding of human nature has earned the deep respect and affection of all members of the Upper Colorado River Commission, its advisers, and staff; and WHEREAS, G. B. Keesee has retired from the Bureau of Indian Affairs and has resigned his position as engineering adviser to the United States Commissioner: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Upper Colorado River Commission that the said Commission desires to express its thanks and appreciation to Mr. G. B. Keesee for his faithful services, his fine cooperation, and his untiring effort in seeking solution to the many complicated technical problems which have confronted this Commission during his tenure as adviser to the United States Commissioner, and that the Commission sincerely wishes him the best of everything and continued health and happiness in all his future endeavors; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Upper Colorado River Commission is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to Mr. G.
