Also included is Chap. 22 3, an agreement, submitted for congressional ratification by the confederated bands of Ute Indians, to sale the Ute Reservation in Colorado. The Uncompahgre Utes are to settle along the Grand River in Colorado, the Southern Utes are to settle along the La Plata River, and the White River Utes are to move to the Uintah Reservation in Utah. Relatives of victims of the No. Ute attack upon the White River Agency are to be compensated. S.
