NA/ RG75 Nov. 12, 1915 Wilson, Woodrow, President Executive Order Executive order establishing an addition to the Ute Indian Reservation in Colorado. Oct. 22, 1925 Burke, Chas. H., Commissioner of Indian Affairs Letter to E. E. McKean, Cons. Ute Agency McKean is to forward to the Office any agreement made in the matter to the Utes selling gravel to the Park Service. Nov. 4, 1925 Meritt, E. B., Asst. Commissioner Hearing with Ute Delegation Utes complain about the lack of disbursement of funds and the non- receipt of goods promised to them. Meritt advises that they will be answered by letter. NA/ RG75/ 70300- 1925- Con Ute 056 Nov. 17, 1925 Lucero, Jose Bias, James Allen, Joseph Spencer, Benjamin Tree, and John Ayers Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs The delegation makes numerous charges against the government for not fulfilling its obligations to the Utes and for reneging on treaty provisions.
