Ute Agency Letter to Commissioner of Indian Affairs Reports lease on Mancos Creek Farm given Pyle and Atkin, Apr. 1, 1924, has proven satisfactory. Recommends lease be renewed and Pyle be thus encouraged to repair ditch. NA/ RG75 June, 1936 Kreutzer, E. M., Asst. Grazing Examiner Annual Forestry and Grazing Report Notes in the narrative section that the sheep raising experiment for the Ute Mountain Utes is mostly a failure, but the Indians are beginning to realize that they must work. Water has been developed so there is more of the range available to stock. The reimbursable will be paid in time. The Blanding group is not doing so well.
