Steele, Chairman, Entertainment Committee, B. P. O. Elks, Denver Leonard outlines the stipulations of an agreement allowing Utes to travel to Denver for an encampment. Craig, Colorado Springs Leonard stipulates the conditions of agreement for Utes to participate in an exhibition (?). They are each to receive $ 5 and have all expenses paid. Even so, he warns Craig, the Utes may choose not to go, as they are quite independent. |
