Sec 1. .13$ it enacted hy the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah, That the exclusive right and privilege of the Ferries across Green River, be Grant, granted unto Daniel H. Wells of Great Sah Lake Oiiy, ia. said Teri'itoKy, for the space of three years, from and after the 15.h day ot May, a. d., 1853. Skc. 2. : The ra es of, Toll across said Ferries shall be Ratesof ToH. as follows:-- • , .' ' For any vehicle not over two thbusand/pounds weight; •-¦ each #3,00.
