RESOLUTION To encourage raising Flax Seed. Sec. 1st. Be it resolved bythe Governor and Legislative Assembly, of the Territory of Utah, That the sum of two hundred dollars, be, and is hereby appropriated, to be paid, in awarding premiums to the persons who- shall raise the greatest.number of bushels of Flax Seed in the year 1853, as follows: Conditions. Sec. 2d. The person who shall raise the greatest number of bushels from two acres of ground, shall be entitled to a premiun of one hundred dollars; the person who shall raise the greatest number of bushels from one acre, shall be entitled to a premium of fifty dollars; and the person
