This Act to be in force from its passage) Approved, Jan. 21st, 1853. AN ACT Granting to Phinelias H. Young and Brigham H. Young, the right to erect Toll Bridges across East Weber and Bear Rivers. Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Governor emu Legislative Assembly of the- Territory of Utah, That Phinehas H. Young, and Brigham H. Young, shall have the right to con-Grant' struct a Bridge across East Weber and Bear Rivers, and take toll t'rom the traveling community, (as hereinafter specified) for the term of ten years;"Provided. . Sec. 2. That the said Phinehas H. Young and Brig- Bridges to *>» ham H. Young, shall make, or cause to be -made good f^inm"*1 "ub and substantial bridges, to the acceptance of the Territorial Commissioner Sec. 3. The said Phraehas H. Young and Brigham Rate* of ton. H.
