The said Bhineas H.-Young and Brigham, H. 'Young are authorized to establish a Ferry on Weber River, until the water is low enough to allow a Bridge to be built, and take toll for ferrying at the above named rate. Approved June 3d, 1853. AN ACT To Repeal the sixth section of "An Act concerning a Ferry or Eerries "across Bear River, and a Bridge acress the Malad," approved January 21st, 1852. Sec. 1. Be it enacted'by the Governor and Legislative As^ sembly of the Territory of Utah, That, the sixth section of an act entitled " An Act concerning a Ferry or Ferries across Bear River and a Bridge across the Malad," and approved January 21st, 1853, is hereby repealed.
