Sec. 5. Until said bridge and portion of-road can be completed by • the use of due diligence, the said Abiah Wardsworth, Ira N. Spaulding, and Willard (x. McMullen. orantens may are authorized to establish and use a ferry, at or near the me n erry. gajj pO}nt on Weber river, and charge and collect toll foT the use thereof, at the foregoing named rates.
