Sec. 3. If any person ailovv his sheep to run at large.sheep. in any agricultural settlement, he may be compelled to pay for all damages they may do, by any Court having jurisdiction. Sec. 4. Thft owner of sheep having any contagious sheep haying disease, is hereby required immediately to remove t,hemg'iea4e" tp some place where they cinnot endanger the health of other sheep; or mAy be compelled to pay for all damage that may accrue, by any Court having jurisdiction.
