Description 60 assigns, shall be required to turn-over to the Territorial Commissioner, as the property of ihe Territory, said Bridges. Approved Jan, 21st, 1853. AN ACT ' To supply deficiencies in the Appropriation Bill to defray the expenses of the Legislative Assembly of 1851-2, -approved March 6 th, 1852.
