Sec. 17. All laws, or parts ot laws, contacting witb this act are hi reby repealed. Approved January 3rd, 1853. AN ACT. Concerning the Judiciary, and Judicial Districts. Sec 1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly cf the Territory of Utah, That the Honorable and Snow Leonidas Shaver, be associated wuh the Honorable ^""^'"'^Zerubbabel Snow in holding Courts in the various dis- rta te. tricts of this Territory, which may be held by them jointly, or by either one separately, as they may agree, until such times as there shall be a full bench present, that every Judicial District may then be supplied with a resident Judge, as contemplated in the organic law. Sec. 2.
