Lunt. Roll call on was September 7, taken and the minutes of last Directors were read and approved. 1947 Mrs. Ann Irving of Midvale and three Midvale members members present. Mrso Lunt told Board members that should do everything possible to reach meeting held in Provo were introduced to the membership is an important problem and we our goal of 1008. Miss Amy Kearsley of Logan, Convention Chairman, informed Board members tht Convention would be held in Logan,Utah on June 18, 19, and 20 and that Miss Sally Butler, National and International President, tuld be the National the state visitor. Mrs. Lunt read part of Annie Petersen's letter written to qualifications of persons who desire to run for a state Office. club presidents on Mrs. Lunt advised those present that ls. Lillian T. Majally, National Field would be in utah the last week of March and the first week in and would visit each club in the Utah Federation.
