Motion Claire Haines that nominations close. Motion seconded and carried. President Romer announced that the poles would open at 12 o'clock. First Vice President Myrta Hales took the chair. President Lenora Romer presented her annual Vice President Hales stated rpport. "You have heard the report of your President, are there any objections; If not the report will be accepted."
