Show St,ate Treasurer, Thelma Reseigh, presented her financial report covering period July 1, 1941 to April 30, 1942, as found on page three of the Bulletin, and the comparative membership report as found on page four. r,i's,s, Rll'es', moved motion seconded and carried. that the report be filed; the President Romer Page eight presented the report of the Education and Health Committees Bulletin, and the International Relations Committee report as found on page nine, and the Legislation report as found on page eight. The recommendation of Maud Neeley Leaver, Chairman of the Legislation Committee, ViaS read by the' Corresponding Secretary; President Romer recommended that we individu ally adopt the reading of the "Legislatively Speak.ing" c'olumn in the Independent Woman. as found on of the Mrs. Suzanna Mae Grua, Membership Chairman, presented her report as found Mrs. Grua announced that preparations pages nine and twelve of the bulletin. were being made to organize a new club at Richfield by July 1st. Mrs. Grua presented a recommendation that a State Roster be compiled for use of State Officers, and that the Sugar House Club wished to compile this Roster. A general Motion seconded. on discussion followed.
