Show SOUTH-CENTRAL BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL WOffiN HOLD DISTRICT MEET AT HELPER About 60 members of the Business and Professional Women's Clubs of the south-oentral clubs, Provo district, including the Heber, Price, Helper and held the anImal district conference at the Helper Civic Auditorium, unit. Mrs. Mar,y Pizza, district with the Sunday, september 21, Helper club acting as host director, was chairman of arrangements, assisted b.1 Miss Kathr,rn Dart and Mrs. Agnes Huntsman. Registration was from 1 to 1:30 p.m., followed Qy luncheon and a program. Guest speaker of the afternoon was Miss Lenore Romer of Brigham Cit.1, state president. Hales of Ogden, officers, first and Mrs. Her subject was club cooper.ation. Miss wrta vice-president, spoke on the duties of the club Virginia L. Bennett of Salt Lake Cit.1, state program chairman, discussed the national program.and how to correlate it with local programs. Other, state officers attending were Hazel M. Peterson of Salt Lake City, second vice-presient; Mae E. Bramwell of Ogden, finance chairman; Mar,y F. 'Smith of Provo, state public affairs chairman, and Sophia Roberts of Price, state health chairman. Each club president made a brief address. of Provo, Mrs. Eleanor Rehor of Th are xs. Ethel Rambeau Price, Miss Kathryn Dart of Helper, and s. Vilate McMullin of Heber. Music was furnished b.Y Miss Elizabeth Patterson of Helper, Mrs. Marion Bs of Heber, Mrs. E. K.
