Central District - - Salt Lake City - - - - - - - - - - President Rmner presented six methods of financing the Biennial Regional as compiled by the National Federation. A gener-aL discussion followed. Motion Hazel Peterson, that Utah favor Plan No. 1 charging of a registration fee of $5.00 etc remain in effect. Motion seconded and carried. Conferences, - - President Romer time, presented the matter of conserving funds for the present suggestions. No decision was reached. and asked for Miss Hickey stated that' the National Program has been changed to make it and that the local clubs could bring their 'problems direct to the National Federation thru the National Program Consultation Service, and receive more direct help. She also stated that the June issue of the Independent Woman would contain program suggestions. more changeable, President Romer suggested that a mimeographed sheet be sent out monthly by the President, carrying instructions from Chairmen and Officers, in place of the quarterly bulletin.
