He came to Utah in 1863 with his mother and sister. Taken in by Jens Jensen in that same year, Nels came to Spring City. In 1870 Nels acquired a small farm and married Phillinda Kofford. Phillinda died in 1889 and Nbls married Mary A. Works. ; The house later was owned by Petrea Monson Larsen who lived;here until her death. Annie Justensen next owned the house and sold it to Louis Jensen, a grandson of Petrea Monson Larsen. Patent deed of 1870 to Niels Benson. |
