The Spring City Young Men's Coop was built on this site in 1890, The Coop changed ownership many times, Joseph Downard, Glen Allred, and Morgan Johnsen have owned the lot in the 1890-1920 period, Everett Strate bought the land, demolished the old Coop building anc constructed this; garage in 1927, |
