Said water to be diverted from Lydia's Canyon Creek through any or all of seven ditches, and used as follows: (1) James Smith Ditch No. 2, diverted at a point 1350 ft. N. and 17^0 ft. W. of the 3E Cor. Sec. 4, T. 40 S. R. 7 'V. and used to irrigate 4.3 acres of land described as follows: 2.6 acres in Sec. 4, 0.7 acres in Sec. 9, 1.0 acres in Sec. 10. (2) James Smith Ditch No. 1, diverted at a point 650 ft. N. and 1200 ft. W. of the S. E. Cor of Sec. 4, T. 40 3. R. 7 W., and used to irrigate 5 acres of land described as follows: 3.6 acres in Sec. 4, and 1.4 acres in Sec. 9. (3) Thomas Chamberlain Ditch No. 1, diverted at a point 400 ft. N. and 350 ft. W. of the SE Cor. Sec. 4, T. 40 S. R. 7 W., and used to irrigate 3.l acres of land in Sec. 10. (4) Thomas Chamberlain Ditch No. 2, diverted at a point 300 fu. 3. and 150 ft. E. of the NW Cor. Sec. 10, I. 40 3. R. 7 W., and used to irrigate 36.5 acres in Sec. 10. (5) James Smith Ditch No. 1, diverted at a point 1600 ft. H. and 1150 ft. "./. of the SE Cor. of Sec. 10, T. 40 S. R. 7 7/., and used to irrigate 16.0 acres of land described as follows: 9.2 acres in Sec. 1), and 6.8 acres in Sec. 11. (6) James Smith Ditch No. 2, diverted at a point 1300 ft. N. and 1150 ft. W. of the SE Cor. of Sec. 10, T. 40 S. R. 7 W., and used to irrigate 20.4 acres of land described as follows: 6.9 acres in Sec. 10; 12.2 acres in Sec. 11, and 1.3 acres in Sec. 14. (7) J8mes Carpenter Ditch No. 1, diverted at a point 250 ft. S. and 1100 ftl W. of the n£ Cor. of Sec. 14, r. 40 S. R. 7 "., and used to irrigate 7.0 acres of land in said Sec. 14.
