Thereupon, pursuant to stipulation of the parties, the said cause was continued from day to day in order that the parties to of this cause night agree upon and stipulate all/their rights and interests, of in, and to the said water and water rights of Santa Clara River in Washington County, State of Utah; and on the 6th day of April, 1922, the said parties by their respective attorneys have entered into a stipulation and agreement as to all of their rights, of, in, and to the said water rights and use of the water of said Santa Clara River in so far as they were able to stipulate as to said water and water rights at said time, and said stipulation having been presented to the Court for approval and filing, the court made and entered an order receiving the said stipulation and agreement, and having ordered the same to be filed, the further hearing of the case was then continued in pursuance of the said stipulation, it having been agreed that a Decree 1. |
