Show set forth as to quantity of flow and as to priorityi "Irrigation Rights" are rights to divert, store, and use water for irrigation and all agricultural purposes, as as a part of such use for culinary, household and stock watering purposes, but the season of each year when such water shall be used and quantity that may be beneficially applied, escept as hereinafter limited, is left open for date ruination and decree as hereinafter set forthj and "Domestic Rights" are rights to divert and use water for culinary, household, and stockwatering purposes, and for the irrigation of gardens, and are continuous throughout the year* -Ill-All the rights declared and decreed herein, which are founded upon the appropriation of said water by application to the State Engineer of the State of Utah, are subject in their exercise to, and are conditioned upon compliance with the terms of the application upon which each respective appropriation Is based, and upon compliance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Utah relating thereto; and proof of appropriation and uses and state completion of works shall be made to the court on or before the first day of April, 1927, or upon such date the rafter as the court shall fix and determine* The entry of the final decree herein, and filing of the same with the clerk of the court and with the State Engineer shall constitute a complete adjudication of the water and water rights of Santa Clara River, and the records of the State Enginerri!s office as to the use of said waters shall show as set forth In the decree; and, until another decree is made and entered superseding this one, the division, apportionment, distribution, and use of the water of s aid Santa Clara River and its tributaries shall be as herein set forth under the supervision and direction of the Commissioner to be appointed in pursuance of this decree* Nothing herein contained shall be construed as limiting or depriving the parties hereto of the right, by agreement of all parties who may be affected,to use the water herein decreed to those parties, respectively, at such time and in such manner as they may determine to be to the best interest of the parties concerned or affected, |
