Period of Use - Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 Point of Diversion and Place of Use Said water to be measured by means of two weirs, one located on Leeds Canal above the town of Leeds and the other located on Harrisburg Canal above the town of Harrisburg, the sum of the measurements being not to exceed 0.86 c.f.s., in addition to the primary right to li.21 c.f.s. as hereinbefore set forth. Said water, plus ditch loss above -weirs, to be diverted from Quail Creek at a pt. 811 ft. S. and 291 ft. W. of the E+ cor. Sec. 36, T. hO S., R. lii W,, S. L. B. & M. and used to irrigate Ii7.55 acres of land in the towns of Leeds and Harrisburg.
