Said William B. 3aker Shall be entitled tc divert said water alloted to him from two dischar^ boxes along the canal of the Dixie Power Company. Durinr the months of June, July, August and September said William 8, Paker shall be entitled to the use of .25 c.f.s. for domesi ic and stock watering purposes for two hours each day before 9 o'clock A.M., and during the balance of each year he shall be entitled to a continuous flow of said stream in said amount for said purposes, said water to be measurer! at the diversion point of his regular irrigation water, to-wit; the canal of Dixie Power ^o.
