AND CONCURRENTLY STORED AND PERIOD AND NATURE OF USE. USED FROM MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31 INCLUSIVE OF EACH YEAR FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES Whereas, It Has been made to appear to the satisfaction of the undersigned that the appropriation of water has been perfected in accordance with the Laws of Utah; Therefore, Be it known that I,_____________________Joseph K. TRACY____________________the duly appointed, qualified and acting State Engineer, by authority of the Laws of Utah, do hereby certify that said appropriator is entitled to the use of water as herein set out, subject to prior rights, if any, for diversion and use as follows, to wit: The water covered by this appropriation is 3.0 sec.-ft., which may be taken by direct flow or stored, or concurrently stored and «used diverted from Camp Crock at a point situated 543#45tB 440.0 ft. from W* Cor. Sm. 10 T38B K12tf SUBaft. Of the 3-0 sec.-ft. diverted*, a scad-sum of 23 acre-feet is stored in lias of direct diversion during the period from March 1 to October 31 inclusive of each year. The period of use is limited in each year -from May 1 to October 31 inclusive. The water, after being diverted, is conveyed through a ditch, having tap width of 4 ft, bottom width of 2 ft, and depth of 1 ft, la a general northerly direction a total distance of 2155*0 ft. from the point of diversion, where it enters a small reservoir, having a firm storage capacity of 23*25 acre-feet, created by means of an earth-fill dam, constructed at an off-stream site, having erect width of 12 ft, height of 10 ft, length of 660 ft, side slop as 3:1 upstream and 2tl downstream, the intersection of the longitudinal axis of which, with the center of the drainage is situated S 605.0 ft, and S 970.0 ft. from Mif Cor. Sec. 10, aforesaid township and range. The water appropriated is intermittently released from the reservoir and need daring the period hereinabove mentioned to irrigate as a supplemental supply any 40 •eras of land embraced within the following described tracts? 17.07 acres designated Parcel Mo. 1, 4.30 acres designated Parcel No. 2, 1.14 acres designated Parcel Mo. 3 la KEtllE*, 19.25 acres in mf&Kib, S.55 acres in SEi«i, 7.15 acres in HE£hw£ S«c. 9, 17*00 acres in KWsJW£ Sec. 10, aforesaid township and range, containing a total area of 74*46 This certificate entitles the holder to use only sufficient water from all rights combined to constitute an economic duty without waste, limited to the requirements as a supplemental supply for 40 acres. The works employed in this appropriation are to be operated and maintained in such manner and condition as will prevent waste of water.
