Show -VII- The said schedule of rights determining the quantity, priority, purpose, and certain of the other conditions under which said water is hereby decreed to the parties named therein is as follows: SCHEDULE OF RIGHTS c.f.s. is used throughout this schedule to designate a flow of one cubic foot of water per second of time* ac. ft. is used throughout this schedule to designate a quantity of water sufficient to cover an area of one acre to a depth of one foot, or Ii356O cubic feet of water. The following persons, corporation, users and appropriators of water from Santa Clara River are entitled to divert and use water from Santa Clara River by direct diversion for domestic, power, or irrigation purposes as herein provided, as follows: 1- THE BLOOMINGTON IRRIGATION COMPANY, Bloomington, Washington County, Utah. Point of Diversion and place and purpose of use Said water to be diverted from Santa Clara River at a point approx. 2200 ft. South and 200 ft. East from the NW cor of Sec. 6, T. h3 S., R. 15 W#J S# L. B. & M. and used for irrigation of 196*7 acres of land lying west and north of the Virgin River in sees. 13, and llj, T. h3 S., R. 16 W. S. L. B. & M. 2- SANTA CLARA SEEP DITCH COMPANY, St. George, Washington, Co., Utah. Ifate of Quantity Point of Diversion and place and purpose _of use. Priority 3.9$ c.f.s. Prior to Said water to be diverted from Santa Clara River 1890 at a point 1000 ft. N. and 525 ft. W. from the SE corner of the SltfJ Sec. 36 • T. Ij2 S., R. 16 W. S. '/ -?''j, L. B. & M. and used for the irrigation of 239 acres of land lying North of said stream and West of Virgin River, in Sec. 1. T. J43 S., R. 16 W., Sec. 6 T. 1*3 S. R. 15 W., and Sec. 31, T. 12 S., R. 15 W., S. L, 3. & M. 3- ST. GEORGE CLARA FIELD CANAL CO., St. George, Washinrrton Co., Utah. Date of Quantity Point of Diversion and place and purpose _of use Priority 13.33 c.f.s. Prior to 6.90 c. f. s. of said water to be diverted from the 1890 Santa Clara River at a point 20lft. N. and 303 ft. W. from the Wj corner of Sec. 16, T. \\2 S. R. 16 W. S. L. 3. & K. into the East Santa Clara Field Canal and used to irrigate l\lh acres of land, and 6.1*3 c. f. s. of said water to be diverted at said point into the West Santa Clara Field Canal to irrigate 386 acres of land in Sees. 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 35 and 36, T. 12 S.
