Show except as is hereinafter specifically limited; provided, that in so doing they do not infringe upon the rights of other appropriators or users as herein fixed. None of the parties hereto shall have any right to divert and use water from said Santa Clara River or its triubtariee for domestic! culinary, household, or stock-watering purposes except as such right is specifically decreed herein, and then only in the amount, with the priority, and under the specific terms and conditions herein set forth* All of the rights of any of the parties to this action to the uses of water from the Grass Valley branch of the Santa Clara river above the Newcastle Irrigation Company's dam shall be in accordance with the terns of the decree made and entered in the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Utah in and for Washington County on the 10 day of November, 1919, in the case of Stephen A, Bunker, et al*, plaintiffs, vs* Newcastle Reclamation Company, et al*, defendants, and all of such rights are hereby recognized and are hereby decreed as in said decree set forth to the said parties and to their successors in interest* -IV- All rights herein decreed to the plaintiff and the several defendants are decreed for the tieneficial uses specified, and none of the parties hereto or their successors in interest, their heirs, executors, administrator or assigns, shall have the right to divert any of the water of said Santa Clara river or any of its tributaries except for beneficial use, and whenever any party or parties shall cease to use the same for beneficial purposes, such party or parties shall cease to divert said water, and shall have no right to divert the said water or any part thereof during such period of non-use and each and every party hereto, their servants, agents, attorneys, employees, and their successors in interest are hereby enjoined and restrained from any and all interference with or diversion or use of said water or any part thereof except in the manner and to the extent and for the purposes provided in this decree* -V- The parties hereto and their successors in interest shall promptly install and perpetually maintain suitable and efficient head-gates, control works, and measuring devices at or near their respective points of diversion; and all water herein allowed and decreed shall be measured at or near siad points of diversion.
