Show U TO N I A NNineteen TwelveUNIVERSITY THEATRE FRIDAY FEBJG"All on Account of Jones"THE second annual dramatic effort of the Scribblers' Club, "All on Account of Jones," was very successful. This was another farce by La Fayette Lentz Butler and pla3^ed by the members of the club. Part of the cast had appeared in the cast of last year, but acting- was to many a new experience. The parts were written especially to bring out the versatility ot the players and their purpose was very well accomplished. Every participant in the farce lived up to expectations. It has been said that the play of this year was less droll than the former one, but the cast on the whole was better and thus the play was made equally lively. It was funny and served to prove that its author is no mean playwright and that the Scribblers have considerable ability in other lines than in story writing-.Mr. Butler leaves this year, but he can not take with him the "tip" that he has given us for clever, up-to-ciate entertainment and literary production. It is quite fitting, before naming the cast, to chronicle here our appreciation of his unflagging interest in clean student activities. We heartily wish him all suc-ces in his new field of endeavor.THE CASTOLIVER BRATTLES, Member Philadelphia Psychical Society . . Neil M.
