Show 5527 Kirkpatrick - C 3537 THE SPECIAL MASTER: I said the objection to marking they are competent evidence of anything. MR. FARNSWORTH: Do you object to the reporter marking these for identification? MR. BLACKMAR: Indeed I do. MR. FARNSWORTH: Why? MR. BLACKMAR: I just do not think, in the shape that material is there today, it adds anything to this case whatever, and all of the official surveys, when they are made and completed, are at your disposal, and the surveyors who made them are subjects to cross examination. MR. FARNSWORTH: Will you gibe us your personal assurance that these will be available to us not be destroyed between now and the time they may be required in this case? BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Will you give the assurance? A I will not. Q Why not? A Because they will be used in the field, probably. |
