With reference to Exhibit 72, which is the Ives re-port on the Colorado river dated 1861, so far as the char-acter of the volume is concerned, it being an official report -- an official document of the House of Representatives, it seems to me clearly admissible; but as far as I have looked it over it appears to related to the Colorado river entirely south of the Utah line.
