Show Local Health District Key Health Indicators Davis County Health Department Compiled by Erin Maughan and Sally Burns Counties: Davis Population Size: 238,994 Area: 268 square miles The Davis County Health Department (DCHD) is the third largest health district in population, and the smallest in area. Tlie health indicators listed for tlie year 2001 show that DCHD's averages are more favorable than tlie overall state averages for every indicator, making it one of the healthiest areas in the state.
