Inasmuch as the City has obligated itself to pay the sum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to provide for the investigations to be made pursuant to the agreement described in Article 4 and as it is desirable that the City and County share equally in the costs of both surveys, it is agreed that the said sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) shall be borne by the Bureau to the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000), by the City to the amount of seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500), and by the County to the amount of thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($37,500).
