Show Constitution and By-Laws and election shall be 167 by nine-tenths favorable votes of members present. Law 7. Fees and Dues. Members shall pay an entrance fee of $1.00 within two months of the time of their election. Mernbers and fellows shall pay annual dues of $2.00. Law 8. Fees of Life Members. Life members shall contri bute to the funds of .the Academy at one time $25.00, and shall all regular membership dues and fees. thereafter be exempt fro Law 9. Contributions of Patrons. Patrons shall contribute to the funds of the Academy at one time $100 or more. Law 10. Disiellocoship of Members for Non-payment of Dues. Members may be subject to disfellowship when in arrears four months to the Academy on any just debt for a period of after having been regularly advised of' their indebtedness. Law 11. Duties of the President. The President shall preside the Academy and at all regular and special meetings of the of the Academy and the Council. He shall, with the approval Council, appoint all standing committees, including a nominating and committee, an auditing committee, a resolutions committee such other committees as the Councilor members of the Academy of the Academy. Address by the President. The President shall de liver a public address on the evening of one of the days of the session coinciding with the end of his term of office. Law 13. Duties of the Council. The Council Academy shall designate special representatives of the Academy for special purposes. Law 14. Duties of Vice-President. Vice-president shall act in an advisory capacity to the President in handling the affairs of the Academy. In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall preside in the Academy meetings and shall perform all of the duties normally performed by the President. Law 15. Duties of the General Secretary. The General Sec of all money, books, collections, and retary shall have charge other property of the Academy not deposited with the Archivist.
