ARTICLE VII Section 1. Nominating Committee. Sixty days prior to the annual meeting of the Academy, the President shall appoint. a nominating committee of three members which shall nominate general officers for all elective offices to be voted on by the membership at the annual meeting. ARTICLE IX An annual meeting of the Annual Meeting. By Laws. By Laws for the government of the business of the Academy and which are not in conflict with this Constitution shall be adopted by the Council by a three fourths favoring vote of those present at a duly called business meeting.
