The easrb side of this building needs additional paint. 4. The apron board under the loft doors ha$ been torn off. This should be repaired. 5. The roof of this building lis to be painted. It is suggested that one more coat of paint be applied to the south side and such other places as are peeling off. Z. Porch steps sould be constructed to serve this building. :Sa The inside floor s,."'ould be cleaned carefully with "vater and naptha. Following this treatment, it should be oiled, vsnrnished, and waxed. 4. The stove pipe should be covered with an asbestos jacket. 5. The toilet seat should be varnished. The toilet tank lid ha$ a chip broken out of it. If this can be found, it sllOuld be cemented back/ in place. The chL~ey is plastered and not covered vuth wallboard, and is considered safe.
